Tami’s Vanilla Berry Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz milk
  • ½ c. favorite vanilla yogurt
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • Handful of frozen berries

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed above and blend until smooth. You may add ground flax seeds, chia seeds, or anything creative. Makes approximately 32 oz.

Tips:

Fresh or frozen berries - it's all good!
