Shepherd’s Pie


Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 4 cans green beans, drained
  • ½ Tbl. chili powder
  • ¼ tsp. cumin
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • Mashed potatoes (desired amount)
  • Grated cheddar cheese (desired amount)

Directions:

Brown ground beef. Add tomato soup, green beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Place mixture into a 9x13 pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with mashed potatoes and grated cheddar cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve warm.
