Ingredients:

• 1 ¼ c. flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. salt
• ⅔ c. cocoa powder
• 2 ¼ c. sugar
• ½ c. chocolate chips
• 1 c. melted butter
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25–30 minutes.
