Tami’s Rice Crispy Treats


Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 32 oz. mini marshmallows
  • 16 oz. large marshmallows
  • 12 oz. rice crispy cereal

Directions:

Melt butter in a pot, then add marshmallows and melt. The large marshmallows should not be melted all the way, so there will be little chunks. Mix in rice crispies and spread into a buttered pan.

Tips:

Delicious variation: Reduce butter by ½ stick and add 1 cup peanut butter. Spread a thin layer of melted chocolate chips on top. Totally scrumptious!
