Mix fruit, sugar, and Jello together. Let sit on the counter for a few hours until the sugar is mostly dissolved, stirring occasionally.
When ready, stir in the prepared pectin and place mixture into containers. Let sit on the counter overnight, then store in the freezer.
If using SureGel pectin (not sugar free), mix with ¾ cup cold water, stir, then heat until boiling. Boil for 1 minute, then slowly pour into the fruit mixture while stirring constantly.
