Peanut Power Plus Knock-off Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz milk
  • ½ c. favorite vanilla yogurt
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ c. dark cocoa powder
  • 1/3 c. peanut butter
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • Handful of ice cubes

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed above and blend until smooth. You may add ground flax seeds, chia seeds, or anything creative. Makes approximately 32 oz.

Tips:

Mike prefers it straight without any additional mix-ins.
