Mike’s Famous Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
Flour
Paprika
Salt
Parmesan cheese (freshly grated or finely blended, not powdered)
Egg
Directions:
Mix flour, paprika, salt, and parmesan cheese. Place the mixture on a plate for dipping.
In a separate dish, beat the egg and pour it onto a plate for dipping.
Dip each chicken piece into the egg, then coat thoroughly in the flour mixture.
Heat a pan with a little oil over medium heat.
Cook the coated chicken pieces until golden brown and fully cooked through.
Serve hot and enjoy! This recipe makes moist and delicious chicken bites.
Tips:
Do not use powdered parmesan!
I like freshly grated or already grated and then blended into smaller pieces.
