Mountain Man Breakfast


Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds breakfast sausage
  • 2 pounds hashbrowns
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Cook and crumble sausage in an oven-safe pan or Dutch oven. When done, remove sausage and place hashbrowns in the bottom of the pan. Replace sausage on top of hashbrowns, then pour beaten eggs over everything. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until eggs are fully set. Top with cheese and allow it to melt. Serve.
