Michelle Munch Salsa


Ingredients:

  • 3-4 Roma tomatoes
  • 2 jalapeños
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 15 oz. diced tomatoes (or 3 more fresh tomatoes)
  • ½ small onion
  • Handful of cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Juice of 1 lime

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pulse carefully until the mixture reaches your desired consistency.
  3. Serve and enjoy with chips, tacos, or your favorite dish!
