Ingredients:
- 3-4 Roma tomatoes
- 2 jalapeños
- 3 cloves garlic
- 15 oz. diced tomatoes (or 3 more fresh tomatoes)
- ½ small onion
- Handful of cilantro
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Juice of 1 lime
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Pulse carefully until the mixture reaches your desired consistency.
- Serve and enjoy with chips, tacos, or your favorite dish!
