Ingredients:

• ½ c. butter
• ¾ c. flour
• 3 c. beef broth
• ¼ c. cream
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Melt the butter, then mix in the flour. Let it sizzle for a minute, then pour in the beef broth and thicken. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour in the cream and heat through. Serve.
