Ingredients:
- Naan (see recipe in the bread section)
- Tomatoes, sliced thin
- Cucumbers, sliced thin
- Tzatziki sauce (see recipe below)
- Chicken strips (see marinade below)
Tzatziki Sauce:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- Juice and zest of 1 whole lemon
- Black pepper and salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon dill
- Grated cucumber
- Garlic powder to taste
Combine all ingredients and let sit overnight.
Chicken Marinade:
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- Dill
- Grated onion
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- Lemon pepper
- Salt
- Paprika
- Minced garlic
Marinate chicken overnight
Directions:
Grill or broil until done.
