Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 6 eggs, beaten
- Dash of salt
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt the butter in a 9 x 13 pan in the oven while it is preheating.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and flour until smooth.
- Mix in the beaten eggs and a dash of salt until the batter is well combined.
- Pour the batter into the pan with the melted butter.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the pancake is golden brown and puffy.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm with your favorite toppings.
