German Pancake


Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • Dash of salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a 9 x 13 pan in the oven while it is preheating.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and flour until smooth.
  4. Mix in the beaten eggs and a dash of salt until the batter is well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan with the melted butter.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the pancake is golden brown and puffy.
  7. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm with your favorite toppings.
