Combine warm water, yeast, sugar, and rosemary in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix for about 10 minutes until well combined.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm area for 1 hour. Punch down the dough and let it rise again for another hour.
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Grease a large pizza pan and spread the dough evenly on it. Make dimples in the dough with your fingers, then drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the top. Sprinkle with salt.
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes. Throw 6 ice cubes onto the bottom of the oven to create steam.
Continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
