Ingredients:
- 1 box fettucini noodles, cooked al dente
- 3 Tbl. butter
- ¾ c. heavy cream, divided
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese (sprinkle on top or add to sauce)
Directions:
Brown butter, then add half the cream and cook until shiny bubbles form.
Pour over cooked noodles and add remaining cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg,
and parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
