Fettucini Alfredo


Ingredients:

  • 1 box fettucini noodles, cooked al dente
  • 3 Tbl. butter
  • ¾ c. heavy cream, divided
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese (sprinkle on top or add to sauce)

Directions:

Brown butter, then add half the cream and cook until shiny bubbles form. Pour over cooked noodles and add remaining cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
