Diana Clark’s Crepes


Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 ½ c. milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbl. sugar
  • 2 Tbl. canola oil

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and let set for 2–3 hours if possible. Pour a thin layer of batter onto a crepe pan or flat pan. Spread batter out with a spoon to make thinner and bigger crepes. Makes 8–10 crepes.
