Filling:
- 2 c. rotisserie chicken, small pieces
- 1 c. peas
- 1 c. diced cooked carrots
- 1 c. diced cooked potatoes
- 1–2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- Optional: sautéed onions and garlic
Mix all filling ingredients and place in a 9x13 pan.
Crust Topping:
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. buttermilk
- ½ c. butter, melted
- Salt and pepper
Mix crust ingredients and pour evenly over chicken mixture.
Directions:
Bake at 400 degrees for 30–35 minutes.
Tips:
We like to 1.5x the crust recipe.
If using chicken breasts instead of rotisserie chicken,
cook them with a little Tony’s seasoning first.
