CrockPot Spicy Beef Queso Dip


Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • ½ c. pickled jalapenos, chopped
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2 Tbl. taco seasoning
  • 32 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
  • 20 oz. Rotel

Directions:

Cook ground beef and onion together and drain fat. Add jalapenos, water, and taco seasoning and cook until the water is gone. Place the mixture into a crock pot and add Velveeta cheese and Rotel. Cook on low for about 1 hour until melted and well combined. Serve with tortilla chips.

Tips:

Stir occasionally while melting the cheese to help everything combine smoothly.
