Ingredients:
- 2 servings of fresh Asparagus (Green Beans are also very good)
- 1 Tbl. butter
- 1 Tbl. olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a fry pan.
- Sauté until done to your liking.
- Serve and enjoy!
