Han’s & Nathan’s Apple Rings


Ingredients:

  • Apples of choice
  • Vanilla yogurt or peanut butter
  • Fruit (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or bananas)
  • Chocolate drizzle
  • Sliced almonds
  • Flaked coconut

Directions:

De-core apples and cut into rings. Spread vanilla yogurt or peanut butter on top. Add fruit, then sprinkle with sliced almonds and flaked coconut. Drizzle chocolate over top. Put in fridge for 5 minutes and serve.

Tips:

Make a little “build-your-own” station and let everyone top their own rings.
